Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Possess basic comprehension and communication skills; (2) Age 60 - 70 years old; (3) Right leg is the dominant side; (4) Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe chronic diseases or serious malignant diseases in old age; (2) Those who need assistance for walking or have joint pain, injuries, fractures, etc. that make them unsuitable for exercise; (3) Those with severe cognitive dysfunction; (4) Those with a pacemaker implanted in their heart or other contraindications for body composition analysis.
