Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Clearly diagnosed with anteromedial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee and idiopathic osteonecrosis of the medial compartment; (2)Knee varus less than 15°, knee flexion contracture less than 15°; (3)Underwent primary unilateral unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA). (4)The patient has the capacity for independent action, is willing to comply with research guidance, complete all required follow - ups, and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Inflammatory arthropathy; (2) With cartilage loss in the weight - bearing area of the lateral compartment or anterior cruciate ligament functional deficiency; (3) Lateral subluxation of the patellofemoral joint or sulcus - like changes on the lateral side of the patellofemoral joint.
