Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I: Investigation and Qualitative Study on the Current Status of Orthopedic Nurses in Class I Surgical Wound Management Inclusion Criteria:1.Registered nurses who are not wound-care specialists;2.Have at least three years of clinical experience in orthopedic nursing;3.Able to independently complete the questionnaire and willing to participate in the study. Part II: Development of an Evidence-Based Nurse-Led Orthopedic Class I Surgical Wound Management Program Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurse; 2. Engaged in orthopedic clinical nursing work for more than 3 years; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study. Part III: Implementation and Effect Evaluation (Quasi-Experimental Study) 1. Patient Sample (Program Recipients) Inclusion Criteria:1.Aged 18 years or older;2.Meet the definition of Class I surgical wound as described in the Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Surgical Site Infection (Trial);3.Cognitively intact and able to provide written informed consent. 2. Nurse Sample (Program Users) Inclusion Criteria: 1. Registered nurses who are not wound care specialists; 2. At least 3 years of clinical experience in orthopedics; 3. Voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I: Investigation and Qualitative Study on the Current Status of Orthopedic Nurses in Class I Surgical Wound Management Exclusion Criteria:1.Nurses currently participating in off-site training programs or rotational assignments;2.Nurses not engaged in frontline orthopedic clinical care;3.Individuals who leave their positions or are unable to complete the questionnaire during the study period. Part II: Development of an Evidence-Based Nurse-Led Orthopedic Class I Surgical Wound Management Program Exclusion Criteria:1. Continuing Education Nurse; 2. Wound Care Specialist Nurse Part III: Implementation and Effect Evaluation (Quasi-Experimental Study) 1.Patient Sample (Program Recipients) Exclusion Criteria:1.Patients with chronic non-healing wounds (e.g., pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers);2.Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction;3.Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors;4.individuals who withdraw or are lost to follow-up during the study period. 2.Nurse Sample (Program Implementers) Research Participants Exclusion Criteria:1.Nurses in advanced training or continuing education programs;2.Nurses who leave their positions or attend external training during the study period.
