Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recruit full-term pregnant women over 18 years old who plan to undergo elective cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA>=?, 2. Body mass index >40Kg/m2, 3. Pre-existing or gestational hypertension, 4. Known fetal abnormalities or intrauterine growth restriction, 5. Any medical contraindications to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, thrombocytopenia, coagulopathy, combined spinal and dural anesthesia, 6. Known to be allergic to phenylephrine, 7. Inability or refusal to give informed consent. 8 Patients were excluded from subsequent analyses if combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSE) was not successfully established, epidural medication was required before delivery, or severe chills made noninvasive blood pressure monitoring unreliable.
