18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled to undergo uvulopalatopharyngoplasty under general anesthesia between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM; 2.Age 28-57 years old; 3.ASA I-III grade; 4.Informed consent was obtained from the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 35kg/m2 or < 18kg/m2; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients who were allergic to the study drugs; 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and previous pain syndrome; 5. Patients with opioid dependence and long-term use of analgesics; 6. Patients with contraindications to stellate ganglion block; 7. Patients with severe mental illness, unable to communicate; 8. Coagulation dysfunction or use of anticoagulant drugs; 9. Patients enrolled in other trials.
