Esketamine group:0.75% ropivacaine was given in the subarachnoid space and 0.3mg / kg esketamine 5min after fetal delivery
Saline group:Subarachnoid administration of 0.75% ropivacaine 2.3ml+0.15mg morphine mixture and 0.9% saline by intravenous infusion 5min after fetal delivery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old, pregnancy >=28 weeks; 2.ASA Class II; 3. The parturient can communicate well with the follow-up visitors. 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the relevant informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot accurately understand VAS scores and EPDS scores; 2. There are mental disorders such as mental abnormalities; 3. Exclude parturients with an EPDS score greater than 9 and those with prenatal depression; 4. Possessing severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as well as liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Have a history of abuse of ketamine or other drugs; 6. Severe eclampsia; 7. Allergic to the drug in this trial
