Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) aged <= 6 years. 2. All children must have a formal diagnosis of autism confirmed by a hospital, based on the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) and the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS). All participating children must have a CARS score = 30. Individuals with an intelligence quotient (IQ) below 70 were excluded. 3. Absence of severe visual, auditory, or other physical impairments. 4. The primary caregiver agrees to participate in the study and provides signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other severe psychiatric or neurological disorders. 2. Inability to cooperate and complete the training tasks. 3. Children with a history of epilepsy. 4. Limb muscle strength graded below Level 4.
