Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Autism group: Aged 3 to 12; Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorder; The total IQ score on the Wechsler Intelligence Scale is greater than 70 points. Right-handed; Not taking antipsychotic drugs; Those who also have gastrointestinal symptoms and have not used antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotics, acid suppressants or other drugs that affect the gastrointestinal flora in the three months prior to enrollment, and have not taken DHA, vitamins and other nutritional drugs. Healthy control group: aged 3 to 12 years old; Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorder in DSM-5; The total IQ score on the Wechsler Intelligence Scale is greater than 70 points. Right-handed; No antipsychotic drugs were taken.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A history of other mental disorders, such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, schizophrenia, etc. Other clear history of organic brain diseases, such as craniocerebral trauma, epilepsy, infectious diseases and immune system diseases, etc. It has clear genetic metabolic diseases, such as Down syndrome, fragile x syndrome, Angelman syndrome, etc.
