65 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Compliance with the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China (2020) and meeting the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes,and the course of diabetes is more than 1 year; 3. The presence of at least one of the following atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases (ASCVDs): coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, atherosclerotic ischemic stroke, or peripheral artery disease, based on the diagnostic criteria outlined in Internal Medicine (8th Edition); 4. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with advanced malignant tumors; 3. Patients unwilling to participate in the study or refusing to undergo follow-up; 4. Patients unable to communicate or interact normally.
