Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 to 75 years; 2. Diagnosis of diabetes mellitus in accordance with the WHO standards established in 1999.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe diabetic complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperglycemic hyperosmolar coma, as well as lactic acidosis; 2. Moderate to severe congestive heart failure (NYHA classification III or IV); 3. A history of hematological disorders including thrombocytopenic purpura or hemophilia; 4. A history of central nervous system diseases (e.g., epilepsy); 5. Patients diagnosed with mental disorders such as schizophrenia; 6. Pregnancy or breastfeeding status. 7.Patients who receive hormone therapy during hospitalization.
