Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A primiparous woman with normal pregnancy and no severe pregnancy complications, no contraindications for spinal anesthesia, is expected to choose natural delivery; 2. Primiparous women over 18 years old, with normal language, hearing, cognitive and other functions, able to fully understand and cooperate with researchers to complete interventions and evaluations; 3. The primiparous women were informed of this study and voluntarily participated in it, signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primiparous women who require cesarean section due to severe pregnancy complications or other obstetric conditions unsuitable for natural delivery are excluded; 2. The primiparous woman has a history of severe anxiety, depression, or other serious neurological and psychiatric disorders before pregnancy; 3. Primiparous women are unable to provide informed consent forms.
