Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria were age >=18 years of either sex with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–III; 2.A diagnosis of spinal TB meeting one of the following three criteria: typical clinical manifestations, characteristic imaging findings, or intraoperative gross findings typical of TB confirmed by histopathological identification of tuberculous lesions or laboratory bacteriological detection of M. tuberculosis; 3.Scheduling for one-stage lesion debridement, correction, bone grafting, and internal fixation; 4.No use of NSAIDs or opioids within 3 months prior to surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with malignant tumors; 2. Pregnancy or lactation period; 3. Severe dysfunction of major organs; 4.Presence of surgical contraindications; 5. Comorbid mental disorders or cognitive impairment; 6. Skip spinal tuberculosis or involvement of more than three vertebrae; 7.Extensive lesion dissemination with distant flowing abscesses; 8. Complicated by severe osteoporosis; 9.Pathological fractures of spinal tuberculosis leading to acute paralysis.
