Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for the Schizophrenia Group: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); 2.Aged 20–80 years; 3.Of Han Chinese ethnicity; 4.With an educational level of junior high school or above; 5.Willing to participate in the study. Inclusion Criteria for the Healthy Control Group: 1.No personal or first-degree family history of psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, mood disorders, personality disorders, or intellectual disability; 2.No severe physical diseases, including organic brain diseases or endocrine disorders; 3.No history of alcohol/drug dependence or abuse; 4.Ability to comprehend the study content and willingness to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbid presence of other psychiatric disorders; 2.Pregnancy or lactation; 3.Diagnosis of terminal illnesses, including renal failure, heart failure, cancer, etc.
