Experimental Group:For the intervention group, based on the results of the CVD risk score, PLWH were informed of their CVD risk by medical workers (i.e., risk warning)
at the same time, behavioral intervention to reduce their CVD risk was implemented, and personalized behavioral reinforcement intervention was provided to decrease the risk behavioral factors of PLWH.
Control group:For the control group, PLWH received routine health education in the clinic with no additional intervention.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. Confirmed HIV-infected individuals whose laboratory tests for HIV antibodies are positive; 3. Voluntarily become a subject and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe liver failure and serious primary diseases of the cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal and hematopoietic systems, as well as those with mental illness; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with advanced AIDS; 4. Be over 75 years old; 5. Already suffering from CVD.
