Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years old 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria for suspected sepsis in this experiment 3. Patients who are planned to be hospitalized in our hospital 4. The patient or his/her legal representative agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has other acute life-threatening diseases (such as acute myocardial infarction, acute stroke, etc.); 2. The expectation of the patient's death within 24 hours of admission; 3. Patients with oral or maxillofacial injuries or severe infections that affect the measurement of sublingual microcirculation; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
