Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ischemic stroke with imaging-confirmed large artery occlusion. 2. CT scan excludes intracranial hemorrhage. 3. For anterior circulation occlusion, symptom onset is within 6 hours; for anterior circulation occlusion with symptom onset between 6–24 hours or posterior circulation large vessel occlusion within 24 hours, endovascular therapy may be performed after strict imaging selection. 4. The patient or legal representative provides signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe active bleeding or known significant bleeding tendency. 2. Severe dysfunction of major organs (e.g., heart, liver, or kidneys). 3. Expected survival <90 days based on clinical assessment and diagnostic findings.
