Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with spinal cord injury (confirmed by the International Standards for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury published by the American Spinal Cord Injury Association (ASIA) and spinal cord CT and/or MRI), with ASIA class B, C, or D; 2. >= 18 years of age; 3. possessing and proficient in the use of a smartphone or a computer; 4. being conscious and volunteering to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. in the acute or dangerous phase; 2. with communication disorders, cognitive disorders or mental abnormalities; 3. in combination with other serious life-threatening diseases.
