Experimental group:Bupivacaine liposomes were used for hip joint capsule peripheral nerve block combined with lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block
Control group:Ropivacaine was used for hip joint capsule peripheral nerve block combined with lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=60 years old. (2) Diagnosed with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur and scheduled for PFNA internal fixation surgery. (3) Able to understand and sign the informed consent form. (4) ASA score <= grade III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergy to bupivacaine liposomes or ropivacaine. (2) Long-term opioid analgesics have been used before the operation. (3) Severe liver or kidney dysfunction. (4) Cognitive dysfunction or mental illness
