O3 group:Intravenous push 10ml of 0.2 mg/kg oxycodone before anesthesia induction

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ESD in the upper gastrointestinal tract; 2. ASA classification: Grade II-III; 3. Age range: 18-65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form for the trial, have recently taken analgesics or sedatives, have a history of chronic pain, mental disorders, alcohol abuse or drug abuse, are allergic to oxycodone and desflurane, have a family history of malignant hyperthermia, are contraindicated to succinylcholine, or have a body mass index (BMI) greater than 30 or less than 18 kg/m^2.
