Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years, residing in the study-covered community for >=6 months; 2. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 3. Possess basic communication skills (able to cooperate in completing questionnaires).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia; 2. Severe physical or mental illnesses such as heart, liver, or kidney diseases; 3. Inability to cooperate in completing cognitive assessments (e.g., aphasia, impaired consciousness).
