No minimum to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: birth to 18 years old; 2.No severe underlying comorbidities; 3.Newly diagnosed with sepsis; 4.CRRT initiated within 24 hours of diagnosis; 5.CRRT support sustained for at least 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with sepsis for over 48 hours upon PICU admission; 2.Use of corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or similar medications within the past six months; 3.Presence of severe primary diseases in vital organs (e.g., heart, liver, or kidney); 4.Inability to provide informed consent.
