Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Selective for laparoscopic bariatric surgery; 2.Age over 18 years; 3.BMI>=40kg/m²;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative arterial partial pressure of oxygen 50 mmHg, 3. Poorly controlled hypertension, heart failure, etc. 4. History of lobectomy, 5. Catching a cold within two weeks before surgery, 6. Refuse to participate.
