Interventions

Tissue flossing group:Tissue flossing interventions were applied at three time points after training: T1 (24 hours after training), T2 (48 hours after training), and T3 (72 hours after training). Part
Vibration training group:Vibration training were applied at three time points after training: T1 (24 hours after training), T2 (48 hours after training), and T3 (72 hours after training). Participants
Control group:After completing the training, no additional intervention was given and they were simply waited for treatment after the experiment ended.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 18 - 24 years old; 2) After screening with the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, all items were answered as "No" (no cardiovascular, respiratory system or other exercise contraindications); 3) Regular exercise(at least 3 times per week of moderate-intensity exercise for at least 3 months); 4) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and promise to follow the experimental arrangement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Use of hormone drugs, neuromuscular blockers, analgesics, etc. within the past month; 2) Fractures of the lower limbs, ligament tears, meniscus injuries (confirmed by MRI/Ultrasound) within the past 6 months; 3) Congenital or acquired cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, metabolic syndrome, neurological diseases; 4) Smoking or alcohol consumption; 5) Allergy to latex, silicone or elastic band materials.
