Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease and have undergone the first stent implantation; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. The condition is stable; 4. Clear consciousness and the ability to think independently; 5. Patients with heart disease who score more than 37 points on the Fear of Movement Scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are currently participating in other research projects; 2. People who are intolerant to VR; 3. Patients with other types of heart diseases (such as valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy) or those with malignant tumors.
