Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula as vascular access; 3.Patients with the same number of blood collection tubes used for testing; 4.Maturation of arteriovenous fistula (AVF):Native AVF: 8-12 weeks after creation , Prosthetic AVF (graft): 3-6 weeks after placement; 5.Conscious and able to communicate effectively with researchers; 6.Agree to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.For hemodialysis vascular access with difficult cannulation, wet needle puncture technique is required; 2.Patient for emergent dialysis; 3.Patients with critical illnesses meeting the following criteria: · Presence of malignancies and other comorbidities; · Physician-estimated life expectancy of < 6 months.
