60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with cognitive function decline screened by the MMSE scales,that is,an MMSE score of less than 27; 2. Aged >= 60 years and < 80 years; 3.Normal hearing and vision; 4. Able to walk 10 meters or more independently or with the help of assistive devices; 5. Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having functional or organic mental disorders, or speech and communication disorders; 2. Motor disorders: accompanied by diseases or disabilities that affect physical activity, such as fractures, severe osteoporosis, severe cardiopulmonary diseases, etc.; 3.Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Having been enrolled in other interventional research projects.
