Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Criteria for inclusion in the group of patients with pancreatic achalasia 1. Patients with pancreatic achalasia clarified by endoscopy, upper gastrointestinal barium meal angiography, and oesophageal manometry; 2. Acceptable for gastroscopy and enteroscopy; 3. Enrolled patients will complete the surgical treatment within one month after the endoscopic examination to clarify the diagnosis; 4. Those with initial diagnosis of achalasia of the cardia and have not undergone any gastrointestinal surgery and operation (including endoscopic oesophageal balloon dilatation, endoscopic oesophageal stenting, endoscopic botulinum toxin injection, etc.); 5. No history of malignant tumour 6. Patients and their families voluntarily signed an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for the group of patients with congenital megacolon 1. Patients with congenital megacolon clearly defined by endoscopy, barium meal imaging, etc; 2. Acceptable for gastroscopy and enteroscopy; 3. Enrolled patients will complete surgical treatment within one month after the diagnosis has been clarified; 4. Those who are first diagnosed with congenital megacolon and have not undergone any gastrointestinal surgery and operation; 5. No history of malignant tumour 6. Patients and their families voluntarily sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria of congenital hypertrophic pyloric obstruction patient group 1. Patients with congenital hypertrophic pyloric obstruction clearly identified by endoscopy, barium meal imaging, ultrasound, etc; 2. Acceptable for gastroscopy and enteroscopy; 3. Enrolled patients will complete surgical treatment within one month after the diagnosis is clear; 4. Those who are first diagnosed with congenital hypertrophic pyloric obstruction and have not undergone any gastrointestinal surgery and operation; 5. No history of malignant tumour 6. Patients and their families voluntarily sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for patients with digestive tract tumours 1. Patients with gastrointestinal tract tumour clearly identified by endoscopy, imaging and other examinations; 2. Acceptable for surgical resection treatment; 3. Enrolled patients will complete the surgical treatment within one month after the diagnosis is clear; 4. First diagnosis of GI tumour without any GI surgery; 5. No history of neoadjuvant therapy 6. Patients and their families voluntarily signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Factors affecting the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract: acute or chronic primary gastrointestinal diseases such as celiac disease, autoimmune gastritis, inflammatory bowel disease, adhesions, strictures, varices of the oesophagus; 2. Drugs and medications: any drug and substance abuse, any regular use (>2 doses) of the following medications in the past 2 months: opioids, loperamide, inhaled beta-blockers or anticholinergics, glucocorticosteroids (oral or parenteral), tricyclic antidepressants, antihistamines and anticholinergics; 3. Endocrine disorders such as diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism (excluding diabetes mellitus without peripheral neuropathy and cured hypothyroidism with normal thyroid hormones); 4. Organ failure: heart failure (excludes: cardiac function class <=2), known severe renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate <30 ml/min); 5. Other: B vitamin deficiency, severe uterine prolapse, history of peritonitis, severe endometriosis, polyneuropathy, poliomyelitis, symptomatic peripheral atherosclerosis (e.g. claudication), aortic aneurysm or coarctation, connective tissue disease, autoimmune disease, cancer of the lungs or skin, abdominal, intestinal, or urogenital fistulae, and one of the following during the previous 2 months: severe hypokalaemia or hyperkalaemia requiring hospitalisation, coma or abdominal trauma.
