Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old <=65 years old 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for peripheral chronic neuropathic pain (including trigeminal neuralgia, postherpetic neuralgia, phantom limb pain and complex regional pain syndrome) 3. The duration of CNP exceeds three months 4. There are no primary organic diseases in the intracranial cavity 5. Patients with cognitive impairment: Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE)<24 points and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA)<26 points 6. Informed consent forms have been signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have not obtained the consent of the patient or guardian to extract data 2. History of previous head trauma or surgery 3. Individuals with a history of cerebrovascular disease 4. Patients who are currently taking vascular or psychiatric medications during the visit 5. Patients currently participating in other clinical studies 6. Patients who cannot fully understand the content of the scale 7. Patients with infectious diseases If the skin lesions of herpes zoster patients have not healed, even if they meet the diagnostic criteria for PHN, they are excluded 9. Individuals with severe liver and kidney dysfunction 10. Individuals with a history of malignant tumors
