20 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primiparas with a gestational age > 37 weeks; 2. Both spouses aged >= 20 years old; 3. Both spouses live together; 4. Clear consciousness and good expressive ability; 5. Having established perinatal health records in this hospital; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancies; 2. Complicated with severe organic diseases, such as eclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, and severe heart, liver, lung, or kidney injuries, etc.; 3. Parturients with absolute or relative contraindications to breastfeeding, such as active pulmonary tuberculosis, smoking, etc.; 4. Presence of language communication barriers; 5. Postpartum mother-infant separation; 6. Currently participating in other research projects.
