Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children or adolescents aged 4–16 years presenting with growth- and development-related conditions, from any department (e.g., endocrinology and metabolism, orthopedics, child health, or traditional Chinese medicine outpatient clinic); 2.A left-hand X-ray bone-age film has been obtained as part of routine clinical care, with imaging performed on the same day as the HUT scan; 3.The legal guardian has signed a written informed consent form; children aged >= 8 years have additionally provided verbal assent; 4.The participant is able to cooperate to complete the hand HUT scan on the same day; Only participants who require an X-ray as part of routine diagnosis and treatment are included in this study; no additional X-ray examinations are performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital skeletal deformities or bone metabolic disorders (e.g., achondroplasia, osteogenesis imperfecta, parathyroid dysfunction); 2. Recent (< 6 months) hand fracture or surgery; 3.History of treatment with growth hormone, gonadotropin inhibitors, or glucocorticoids; 4. Inability to remain still or cooperate during imaging examination; 5. Presence of hand trauma or unhealed infection.
