Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who have completed the registration appointment; 3. Voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have been cancelled by the hospital; 2. patients who have been rescheduled or cancelled before the appointment date.
