Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Under the age of 18. 2. Diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. 3. MRD observation and monitoring were conducted using flow cytometry, real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR or digital PCR, and prognostic follow-up was carried out later.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has acute myeloid leukemia of type AML-M3. 2. Acute mixed phenotype leukemia.
