Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>= 18 years old; 2.Diagnose critically ill neurosurgical patients who meet the definition of guidelines; 3.Within 24-48 hours of admission, enteral nutrition via nasogastric tube can be initiated; 4.Early enteral nutrition orders require an energy level of at least 60% of the target energy; 5.Early enteral nutrition advice includes the need for nasogastric tube hydration; 6.Research participants or their families sign informed consent forms and are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined intestinal obstruction, active gastrointestinal bleeding, severe intestinal infection, diarrhea, acute abdomen, acute pancreatitis, or severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.The research team believes that there are other situations that are not suitable for participating in this study.
