Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Adults aged >=18 years; 2. Patients with HCM who meet the clinical and echocardiographic diagnostic criteria (maximum left ventricular wall thickness >=15 mm, or >=13 mm with a clear family history of HCM); 3. According to the clinical judgment of the attending physician, candidates for initiating therapy with myocardial myosin inhibitors (such as Mavacamten), and requiring cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) and/or echocardiography as part of the treatment protocol; 4. Able and willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of contraindications listed in the CMI instructions (e.g., left ventricular ejection fraction < 50%); 2. Planned cardiac surgery or ablation within the next 96 weeks; 3. Any other significant non-HCM heart disease that may substantially affect cardiac structure (e.g., severe valvular heart disease, myocardial amyloidosis); 4. Presence of contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) (e.g., implanted non-compatible devices, severe claustrophobia); 5. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
