Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Status: Currently enrolled as a full-time university student (including undergraduate, master's, and doctoral candidates). Age: Between 18 and 35 years. Primary Concern: Self-reported distress or concerns related to social anxiety. Scale Screening: A score on the Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN) indicating the presence of social anxiety symptoms. The score was not required to exceed the clinical cutoff of 19, because the study was a psychoeducational program, anyone who voluntarily enrolled and had some degree of social anxiety was eligible for inclusion Informed Consent: Ability to comprehend the study procedures and provide voluntary written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe Psychiatric Disorders: A current diagnosis of, or currently in an acute episode of, a major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, or a psychotic disorder. High Suicide Risk: Assessed as having current or recent severe suicidal ideation or plans. Concurrent Treatment: Currently receiving other systematic psychotherapy for social anxiety (e.g., individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) or psychotropic medication. Participation Barriers: Inability to commit to attending the entire 2-day group intervention and completing questionnaires at all required time points.
