Oxygen concentration 50%:The inspired oxygen concentration during the maintenance period of anesthesia was adjusted to 50%.
Oxygen concentration 30%:The inspired oxygen concentration during the maintenance period of anesthesia was adjusted to 30%.
Oxygen concentration 80%:The inspired oxygen concentration during the maintenance period of anesthesia was adjusted to 80%.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery, all of whom came from an altitude of more than 2,500 meters; Gender unlimited, age 60 ~ 80 years old, BMI18 ~ 25kg/m^2; ASA grade I ~ III; Preoperative lung function was normal;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative complications of severe respiratory diseases, such as COPD, severe respiratory tract, lung infection, and cardiopulmonary insufficiency I've done any kind of lung surgery before Mechanical ventilation within 2 weeks People with a history of neurosurgery or communication disorders with central systemic diseases Preoperative visits predicted difficulty in intubation or a history of difficulty/failure in intubation Denial of written informed consent
