18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18-60 years old, regardless of gender; 2.Pell&Gregory classification median impacted third molars; 3.Intraoperative gingival incision, flap flap, use of power system to split/debone, suture are required; 4.The surgery is expected to be completed within 30 minutes;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Coagulation dysfunction; 2.Ulcers or bleeding in the digestive tract; 3.Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.The gingival index of adjacent teeth >= 2; 6.Concomitant acute oral infectious disease or tumor; 7.Have an allergic reaction to the drugs used in this study; 8.Suffering from chronic pulpitis, chronic apical periodontitis, trigeminal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia and other pain-like diseases that have not been treated or require long-term use of other pain-relieving drugs; 9.Patients have intellectual, vision, hearing, communication disorders, or mental disorders, among others;
