Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: 20-65 years old 1. Abdominal obesity: Waist circumference >= 90 cm for men and >= 80 cm for women. 2. Hypertension: systolic blood pressure >= 130 mmHg/diastolic blood pressure >= 85 mmHg or those who are taking antihypertensive drugs. 3. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C): less than 40 mg/dl for men and less than 50 mg/dl for women. 4. Hyperglycemia: fasting blood sugar level greater than >=100mg/dl or those who are taking hypoglycemic drugs. 5. High triglycerides >=150mg/dl.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases where body measurements and blood draws cannot be performed due to limb loss. 2. Cases with serious physical illnesses, such as cirrhosis of the liver, kidney failure, heart failure, cancer and severe brain diseases. 3. Cases with severe mental illness. 4. Cases of people who are unable to eat by mouth. 5. Pregnant women.
