Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children in grades 1-3; 2. Children at high risk of myopia: determined according to the myopia prediction model (the prediction parameters are age, equivalent spherical lens before cycloplegia; 3. For children with cycloplegia and at least one eye of equivalent spherical mirror -0.50d after optometry, both eyes met.The right eye is selected for those who meet the monocular requirements. 4. Astigmatism <= 1.50D and anisometropia <= 1.50D in both eyes; 5.The naked visual acuity of both eyes was at least 0.8; 6. Those who have not used other prevention and control measures or have stopped using other prevention and control measures for more than half a year; 7.Willing to participate in this trial and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Take other myopia prevention and control measures within half a year (low concentration atropine eye drops, repeatable low-intensity red light, defocus soft lens, etc.); 2. Children with ocular diseases, presence of refractive media turbidity or surgery related to refractive media intervention, such as cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, corneal leukoplakia, keratoconus, etc; 3. There are systemic diseases that may affect refractive status, such as Marfan syndrome, macheshani syndrome, type 1 diabetes, etc; 4.Shallow anterior chamber, glaucoma, and those who are not suitable for cycloplegia optometry; 5.Children who cannot cooperate with the examination, and children who withdraw halfway.
