18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients aged from 18 to 80 years old; (2) ascertained CKD as sustained reduction in 1560 mL/min/1.73m2 with urine albumin creatinine ratio (UACR) = 30 mg/g or urine protein (+~4+); (3) Patients with permanent residence in Shanghai and unenhanced chest CT scans 6 months after/before the first admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) acute kidney injury; (2) received dialysis or renal transplantation; (3) acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure or New York Heart Association class IV heart failure; (4) acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; (5) severe infection or urinary tract infection; (6) severe pulmonary or liver failure, or known cirrhosis; (7) severe hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism; (8) multiple myeloma or other active malignant tumor; (9) pregnancy; (10) received bariatric surgery; (11) use immunosuppression within the past 3 months; (12) UACR is not available.
