Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Practicing physicians working in community health service centers or township health centers. 2. Having engaged in clinical work for more than two years. 3. Routinely managing patients with pain in daily work. 4. Aged 18–65 years old and in good health. 5. No severe visual or auditory impairments. 6. No contraindications for MR device use, such as motion sickness or epilepsy. 7. Voluntary participation in the study with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Physicians currently undergoing training related to MR technology. 2. Physicians with severe visual or auditory impairments that would affect the interview. 3. Physicians with contraindications for MR device use, such as a history of motion sickness or epilepsy. 4. Physicians with plans for job relocation in the near future. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Physicians who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
