Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged>=18 years; (2) Patients with pathologically confirmed primary non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (according to the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (2025, Version 6)); (3) Scheduled to receive chemotherapy for the first time; (4) Expected survival time >= 6 months; (5) Clear consciousness, with basic communication, reading and writing abilities; (6) Understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily participate in this study; (7) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score <= 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) participated in similar research within the past 3 months; (2) being unaware of their own condition; (3) in critical condition or weak health, it is difficult to cooperate with the investigation; (4) patients with previous history of mental illness or cognitive impairment.
