Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent painless gastroenteroscopy at the Endoscopy Center of our hospital; aged >= 18 years old; no restriction on gender; no restriction on BMI; ASA physical status classification I-III; normal cognitive and communication abilities; voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy; accompanied by dysfunction of major organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys (ASA physical status classification ?, ?); combined with contraindications to the use of anesthetic drugs such as propofol and remimazolam; long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs; acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding or gastrointestinal perforation; history of respiratory tract infection within the past 2 weeks; psychosocial disorders or cognitive dysfunction; use of antiemetic drugs within 24 hours prior to the examination; pregnant or lactating women.
