Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 18 years; 2. Patients who developed sepsis due to gastrointestinal perforation,, and other intra-abdominal infections and were treated surgically, and then admitted to the ICU and mechanically ventilated postoperatively; 3. Patients who indications for analgesia and sedation therapy; 4. ASA grade I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of psychiatric drugs, alcohol dependence 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, renal and hepatic diseases before onset 3. Use of other sedative or analgesic drugs within one week before enrollment 4. Schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's syndrome, myastheniavis 5. Dependence on opioids, allergies to opioids, contraindications to the study drug
