Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Comprehensive evaluation, including clinical presentation and relevant examinations, indicated that all patients met the diagnostic criteria for congenital pyriform sinus fistula. 2.All patients were undergoing low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for the first time. 3. Preoperative management was limited to antibiotic therapy or incision and drainage. No patient had a history of formal neck fistula excision surgery or any other endoscopic minimally invasive procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recurrent disease following previous endoscopic closure of the pyriform sinus fistula internal orifice. 2. Patients with hematologic disorders (e.g., leukopenia) that may impair postoperative healing.
