Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premature infants who underwent non-cardiac surgery and anesthesia at Fujian Children's Hospital from April 1, 2021, to April 31, 2023 ( born at gestational age below 37 weeks, with a postmenstrual age of less than 44 weeks on the day of initial surgery)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Underwent combined airway surgery, baseline information is incomplete.
