Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient: 1. Meets one of the following two criteria: The patient has engaged in >=3 instances of non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) within the past six months, with at least one occurrence within the last month; or the patient has engaged in >=5 instances of NSSI within the past year, with at least one occurrence within the last month; 2. Aged 14–24 years; 3. Duration of illness >=1 year; 4. Able to communicate effectively and adequately express personal feelings; provides informed consent and voluntarily participates in the study; 5. Condition improving with planned discharge within 3 days. Healthcare Professionals: 1. Minimum 3 years' experience in adolescent mental health or psychological fields with substantial clinical expertise; 2. Demonstrated interest in this research; 3. Provides informed consent and has sufficient time to complete the interview. Consulting Experts: 1. Specialists in psychiatry, nursing, adolescent psychotherapy, nursing management, nursing research, or public health; 2. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher with an associate senior professional title or above; 3. Possess 10 or more years of relevant professional experience; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Those with severe concomitant physical illnesses; 2. Those with poor communication or cooperation; 3. Those presenting with psychotic symptoms. Medical Staff: 1. Those on leave for personal reasons during the study period; 2. Those undertaking external training or further education. Consulted Experts: 1. Those not interested in this study; 2. Those unable to provide constructive feedback for this study.
