Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 years, of ASA class I-III, scheduled for elective spinal surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation,Including lumbar interbody fusion, endoscopic lumbar discectomy, cervical fusion, reduction of spinal fractures, removal of vertebral internal fixation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: upper gastrointestinal bleeding (within 1 month), BMI >=28Kg/m^2, high risk of reflux aspiration (gastroesophageal shunt, hiatal hernia, Zenker's diverticulum, achalasia of cardia, gastrointestinal obstruction, etc.), history of previous gastric surgery, diabetes mellitus (gastroparesis), hemodynamic instability, preoperative medications affecting gastric motility, pregnancy, and psychiatric abnormalities.
