18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were diagnosed as osteoarthritis according to the standardized diagnosis in routine clinical examination (refer to the Chinese guideline for diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis ; 2. Chronic pain of hip and knee and stiffness for at least 6 months; 3. Patients with grade?osteophytes on standing anteroposterior knee radiographs; osteophytes, joint space narrowing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous knee or hip surgery, inflammatory arthritis, crystal arthritis, septic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis; 2. Contraindications of magnetic resonance imaging; 3. Severe systemic diseases (such as diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, adrenal hypoplasia, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.)
