Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the above postpartum hypogalactia diagnostic criteria 7 days after giving birth; 2. Mothers aged between 20 and 35; 3. At 37 weeks of gestation or above, singleton, normal delivery, without any pregnancy complications or comorbidities; 4. The birth weight of the newborn is between 2.5kg and 4kg. 5. The Apgar score of the newborn is 8-10 points; 6. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Breast lumps with redness, swelling, heat, pain and inflammatory manifestations, which lead to poor milk drainage; 2. Those with poor breast growth and development, primary breast diseases or breast surgery that cause damage to breast tissue and prevent lactation; 3. Those who have been taking estrogen or other drugs for a long time that may directly affect the secretion level of prolactin; 4. Severe malformations and congenital diseases in newborns; 5. Patients with severe diseases of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, liver, kidneys, hematopoietic system, or mental illness; 6. Postpartum women with allergic reactions, breaks or other conditions on their chest skin, or those who cannot tolerate external stimuli.
